* Board Action: Appointed Lillian Maldonado-French, Superintendent, Mountain View School District to serve out the unexpired term of Richard Martinez on the SEAC Board, July 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018.

* Board Action: Accepted the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 Audits. There were no non-compliances.

* Board Action: Approved the 2017-2018 Preliminary Budget. Final Budget to be adopted at next Board Meeting, September 15, 2017.

* Board Action: Approved 2017-2018 Staff and Independent Contractor Employment Contracts.

* Board Action: Approved the Minutes of the May 7, 2017 SEAC Board Meeting.
